Revamp is a full service design practice that caters to ordinary people! If it’s space planning, window treatments, paint color selection, or a new sofa you are in need of, the choice is all yours!
Due to the demands and nature of modern living, the REVAMP package is unique to other design services, in that it is presented in such a way that you, the client, will then be able to proceed forward—confidently—in a time line and budget based on your terms.
The REVAMP package is a two appointment process, and here’s how it works. . . Our services.
First Appointment:
This takes place in your home, and takes approximately 1 hour; It is totally complimentary. No design work is done at this time. This time will be used to converse about what it is you are in need of and what it is that you are desiring your space to become. It is a conversation about what it is you like and don’t like, what style you prefer, and how you live in the space.
Discussion of your budget will incur, and inspirational photos will be brought for your review, but if you have your own inspirational photos you have been collecting, we can view those as well together! The space and your current furnishings will be measured at this time.
Second Appointment:
This is the exciting part, which will also take place in your home. You will be presented with a fully designed new room—the room you’ve been dreaming of!
A detailed package of your new space will include a finished floor plan, elevation drawings, color swatches, furnishing specifications and pricing, a list of where to purchase said furnishings, and any relevant samples needed, specifically paint swatches.
It is precisely a design plan, a road map with easy, detailed instructions on how to proceed forward with this new space of yours.
Final Step:
The Revamp Design Package
is now in your hands!
You are then able to proceed forward at the pace that works for you, based on your budget and timeline. You have the flexibility to implement the design based on your capacity; the control is in your hands! As a homeowner myself, and with the experiences I’ve had over the years, I understand that beautiful, finished spaces don’t just happen over night. In fact, most rooms that I’ve worked on have been an evolution over time, a work in progress. Things take time and cost money, and to focus on the parts of the whole one step at a time, often seems more manageable and realistic for the ordinary person. Know too that the room can be done in stages, and as a co-creator with you, we can focus on the incremental in pursuit of the final menagerie—and this should be fun and rewarding as well.
All Packages start at $549 (depending on scope of the project) and will take approximately two weeks to complete from the time of the first consultation. An official bid of the REVAMP will be given at the time of the consult and signed off on as well as a $100 down payment to start the process.
